* Includes set up of room with tables and chairs. Buffet tables as needed. Houseperson.
** Weddings. Because of the extra planning and meetings decorating and coordinating, weddings are assessed an additional fee. Our agent will meet with you (6) months (3) months and (1) month prior to event date to review details.

  • Additional fees may be incurred for linen (usually supplied by the caterer) and for extra staffing to break down the rooms after dinner and rreset for a dance or show.
  • All food and cake cateres must be licensed and approved and all catering charges are subject to an 18% service fee and current sales tax. A copy of the caterers bill must be provided 30 days prior to the event.
  • All remaining fees, charges and bar billing must be settled at the end of the evening by the customer by cash or check (credit cards accepted with a 4% surcharge on all transactions).
  • All food, beverage and entertainment arrangements, room setup and other banquet requirements must be coordinated through The Grand Hotel Ballroom agent.
  • All beverage served and consumed must be purchased through The Grand Hotel Ballroom. No liquor, beer, wine, or champagne may be brought in from outside sources.
  • Due to food safety, The Grand Hotel Ballroom does not allow food and beverage to be removed from the premises once it has been prepared and served, with the exception of commercially baked cakes.
  • Table favors i.e. mints, nuts, chocolate specialties etc. may be purchased through The Pearl.
Evening events are subject to a 12:00am (midnight) end time. A $75.00 fee for extending to a maximum of 1:00am.
A non-refundable deposit (Check/Cash)*** of $600.00 is due upon signing this contract.
