- All food and beverage arrangements, room setup, and other banquet requirements, must be coordinated through The Grand Hotel Agent.
- All beverages must be purchased through The Grand Hotel, with the exception of commercially baked specialty cakes. Due to food safety, The Grand Hotel does not allow food or beverage to be used upon conclusion of an event, with the exception of commercially baked specialty cakes.
- The Grand Hotel does not supply a cake cutter, wedding cake plates, napkins, or forks. Check with your caterer. Please plan accordingly to have someone designated to do so.
- All food and beverage is subject to an 18% service charge and current sales tax.
- Any advance delivery of materials must be coordinated and approved with The Grand Hotel Agent.
- The Grand Hotel is not responsible for any personal belongings or equipment brought onto the premises. All decorating materials, wedding cakes, gifts, etc., must be removed from the premises on the night of the reception.
- All guests attending the wedding reception are asked to parkin the free city parking ramps on 3rd and Main and 3rd and Jay which are located on either side of The Grand. Entrance to the Grand Hotel Ballroom may be either through the Pearl or the Pearl St. doorway off the sidewalk. All guests exiting after 10pm must use the street entrance as the Pearl closes at 10pm.
- The Grand Hotel Agent will meet with you (6) months, (3) months, and (1) month prior to the event date to review details. Please cal the agent to schedule your appointment at a time convenient to both parties. Scheduling times are 8am-6pm, Monday - Friday.
